Event Dates: 5&6th September
Booth Placement: The booth will be placed in the highly sought-after Terrace at Barbican Centre, offering an elegant and professional environment for your exhibition.
Arrival Schedule:
First Day (Thursday 5th September): Booth setup and arrival is scheduled from 4pm onwards.
Following Days (Friday 6th September): Booth setup and arrival is scheduled after 5pm.

Booth Placement: The booth will be strategically placed in the main exhibition space, ensuring high visibility and maximum exposure for your company.
Table and Chairs: Each booth includes a sturdy table measuring approximately 1.7m x 0.8m, providing ample space for your displays, brochures, and promotional materials. Two chairs are also provided for your convenience.
Personalized Branding: You have the freedom to personalize your booth to reflect your unique brand identity. Bring your own banners, table cloths, screens, laptops, and any other necessary equipment to create an engaging and immersive experience.
Power Outlets: The exhibition floor is equipped with power outlets conveniently placed throughout. Please consider bringing an extension lead to ensure all your equipment can be accommodated.
Secure Storage: We understand the importance of keeping your valuable belongings safe. A secure storage area will be available behind a locked moving wall in the exhibition area, providing peace of mind throughout the event.
Pricing and Inclusions:
Booth Price: £300 + VAT per night
Drink Tokens: As an added perk, each person from your company will receive two drink tokens per night, allowing you to unwind and network during the event.
Note: Additional items, such as banners, table cloths, screens, laptops, and any other equipment required for your booth setup, are not included and should be provided by the booth owner.
